Tort reform is the term, which signifies a complete reformation in the field of legislature and justice. It allows the businessmen to sue over their belongings in a particular society. The word tort is actually an error in the civil field where the law provides a remedy. The word Tort Reform as suggested above refers to a change that has to be brought in the civil field. Not only in the civil field but also in medical filed this reform brings a lot of changes. In the civil field it is necessary because of all the mall practice, which is happening for making money. This applies to medical field also since the private hospitals use this tort law for making lot money. Many of this mall practice go unnoticed due to the financial status of the concern or the individual. In case of lawyers who account about 10 percent of the taxpayers in our country, this tort law that has been induced with a motive to stop the errors in the particular field has in fact failed to meet its requirement.

Hence it is suggested that the law has to be reformed in order to make the lawyers and the other mall practice come to an end. For that the government has to make an Impact on the Tort law’s Reformation as soon as possible so that the economy of the government is prevented from being ruined. If this reform does not take place as early as possible then the country might face a major set back in all the departments and will be underdeveloped.
